Aging in an environment of 55-60 degrees farenheit, 60-70 percent humidity, the wines mature and slowly generate favorable aromas and flavors that give wine its complexity. The Cava Wine Cellars are equipped with a highly efficient Forced-Air Digital Cooling System by Breezaire. Beautiful in design and detail, these American Oak Cava Wine Cellars are available in both credenza and upright models. The credenza doubles as a bar or serving buffet. Redwood racking is used, standard rack for credenzas and a stronger trellis rack system (using dowels and pegs) for the upright units.
